| 摘 要： | 保护投资者尤其是中小投资者是证券监管的核心之一,投资者保障基金是对投资者保护的一个重要组成部分.内地证券投资者保障基金的设立尚在酝酿之中,而香港证券投资者赔偿基金制度的建立已经有相当长的历史,并且还在不断地改进、完善.本文研究了香港证券投资者赔偿基金制度改革的背景和成功经验,以期为内地相关制度的建立提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Investor protection, and small investors, in particular, is the core of market regulation. Investor protection fund is an important for this purpose. While this fund is yet to be established in mainland China, it has a relatively long history in Hong Kong and is still undergoing reform. This paper is a study of the background of the reform underway and its successful experience in hope to provide for positive implication to mainland China. |
