| 摘 要： | 本文以对我国中小企业重点行业的月度运营情况的监测为基础,提出了一种中小企业经营评价方法,即"实力指数"(Benchmarking Index-BI).该系统考察了企业月度的运营实力,确定了企业自身的竞争地位和与行业标准的差距,同时为考核具有竞争实力的中小企业提供了科学的判定依据和佐证.

| Abstract: | A SME performance assessment tool o Competitiveness Benchmark Index- is established based on the monthly performance observation and survey of Chinese smalland medium-sized enterprises in priority industries. Through the test, this system can determine the competitiveness of the enterprises and their positions in the industry, based on the industry standards, providing for scientific judgment and evidence of SMEs assessment. |
