| 摘 要： | 2003年法国的《金融安全法》将原有的三大金融管理机构——证券交易委员会、金融市场委员会以及金融管理纪律委员会整占为一个全新的金融市场监管机构：金融市场管理局。尽管汇集了原三大机构的权限及特征，但金融市场管理局不管是在性质和机构组成上，还是在运作和权限上，都展现了相当独特的一面，值得研究与借鉴。

| Abstract: | In line with 2003 French Financial Security Law, the three financial regulators were reorganized into a unified financial market regulator Financial Market Bureau. The new regulator, putting together the powers and characteristics of its predecessors, unveils a unique face in nature, structure, operation and jurisdiction, which is of good reference. |
