| 摘 要： | 为逐步建立中国国内碳排放交易市场，推动运用市场机制以较低成本实现2020年中国控制温室气体排放的行动目标，2011年10,日，国家发改委宣布，北京、天津、上海、重庆、广东、湖北、深圳等七个省市获准开展碳排放权交易试点工作。

| Abstract: | In October 2011,Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Chongqing,Guangdong,Hubei and Shenzhen was authorized to make carbon exchange experiments to establish carbon emissions trading market in China and aim the target of controlling greenhouse gas emissions by 2020.In June 2012,National Development and Reform Commission promulgated an Act about voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction transactions. At the same time,Mr.Du Shaozhong,inspector and press spokesman of Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau,whose microblog was listed on top 10 in China, took up the post of board chairman of China Beijing Environment Exchange (CBEEX).To know more about carbon emission reduction transactions in China,our reporter interviewed Mr.Du |
