| Abstract: | Starting with an analysis on factors of current tax policy boosting and obstructing the Transformation of Economic Development Mode separately,this paper argues that tax policy should be improved in order to encourage innovation of enterprises,promote the conservation and utilization of resources and energies and environmental protection,accelerate the development of service industry,as well as expand domestic household consumption demand. |
