产业延伸与转型推动农村脱贫作用研究

产业振兴是乡村振兴战略的基础保证,是实现乡村振兴的首要与关键,是落实党的十九大报告中坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要策略。而产业扶贫是精准扶贫的基本手段,是破解农村扶贫难题的根本途径。目前,基于贫困地区特色农业,进行产业链的延伸与通过乡旅结合方式与结构转型相互作用,成为推动脱贫攻坚工作的有利方式。本文以云南大理的下关茶厂和茶马古道为例,从理论层面分析产业延伸与转型共同推动脱贫工作的作用机理,总结了该地区的实践模式和经验教训,并在此基础上探讨加快产业延伸与转型从而推动农村脱贫工作的方式建议。

Research on the Role of Industrial Extension and Transformation in Promoting Rural Poverty Alleviation Example

Industrial revitalization is the basic guarantee for the rural revitalization strategy,the primary and key to the realization of rural revitalization,and the implementation of the important strategy of resolutely winning the fight against poverty in the report of the 19th National Congress.Industrial poverty alleviation is the basic means of targeted poverty alleviation and the fundamental way to solve the rural poverty alleviation problem.At present,based on the characteristic agriculture in poverty-stricken areas,extending the industrial chain and interacting with the structural transformation through the combination of township and tourism have become an advantageous way to promote poverty relief.This article takes the Xiaguan Tea Factory and the Ancient Tea Horse Road in Dali,Yunnan as examples,analyzes the mechanism of industrial extension and transformation to promote poverty alleviation from a theoretical level,summarizes the practice models and lessons learned in the region,and discusses the acceleration suggestions on ways of industrial extension and transformation to promote rural poverty alleviation.
