基于上市公司财务指标的贷款定价研究

企业的财务指标对于商业银行确定贷款定价具有重要的作用。本文以我国沪市上市公司2002-2004年的贷款利率信息和相应的公司财务信息为研究对象,通过实证分析得出了如下结论:1．企业的财务指标对贷款定价的影响是显著的;2．影响短期贷款和长期贷款的财务指标的差异较大。

A Study of Loan Pricing: Based on Financial Indicators of Listed Companies

Company's financial indicators is important to commercial bank's loan pricing. This paper conducts an empirical test of the relationship between borrowing rates and financial indicators using Chinese listed companies' borrowing rates and related financial information from 2002 to 2004. Conclusions are drawn as follows: first, company's financial indicators do significantly affect loan pricing; second, financial indicators that affect short-term borrowing rate and long-term rate vary significantly.
