Financial Support for Agricultural Development in Foreign Countries-Experience and Implication

In recent years, the issue of agricultural support has become a hot topic. How to support development of a griculture, especially from financial sector, is a question of worthy pondering. Through introducing and comparing American, Japanese and Indian experiences of financial support for agricultural development, some useful suggestions are also obtained in this paper.
