| Abstract: | As one of the most mature of its kind,US housing finance system(HFS)set a good example for all emerging markets in developing their respective HFS.In this paper,the author present a current picture of the U.S.HFS, which is called"the New Housing Finance System"by American.In particular,the author conducted a detailed analysis on the topic of"How does the U.S.HFS take on the public housing policies?"and"Origins and Solutions of Sub-prime Mortgage Crisis",all of which will give us good lessons on what we shall do in emerging market. |
