| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the features of the bill market in Shanghai,the paper elaborates the necessity to accelerate the development of Shanghai bill market innovatively.The author points out four aspects of problems in the process of developing Shanghai bill market,that is,expanding the influence of the regional market,strengthening credit portfolio of the bill products,and cultivating investors and the providers of the bill market.Finally,from several aspects such as institution,policy,instrument,market etc.,the paper also proposes strategies and suggestions to accelerate the innovation of the bill market of Shanghai. |
