| 摘 要： | 产融集团在我国尚处于发展初期,其发展和监管存在诸多问题,具有较高风险。国际金融危机的爆发为我国发展产融结合带来了新的机遇和挑战,应辩证看待。本文重点讨论我国产融集团发展中存在的主要问题,并提出相应建议。
