| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述Shibor的推出对经济的重大意义。文章先回顾了我国利率市场化的进程,提出推出Shibor的背景,然后分析以Shibor为核心来推进利率市场化改革的必要性;在此基础上,分析以Shibor为核心的利率市场化改革对于推动货币政策传导机制的转型、促进商业银行经营管理机制的转型、引导非金融企业和家庭的支出和减缓宏观经济波动等方面的意义。文章最后是简要的结束语。

| Abstract: | The paper thoroughly analyzes the economic significance of the launch of Shibor.It at first reviews the market-driven reform process of interest rate in China,briefs on the background of Shibor's launch.Then it analyzes the necessity of launching Shibor as the breakthrough point in promoting the reform process.The paper also analyzes positive implications,such as transforming monetary policy transmission mechanism,accelerating the transformation of banks' operational and managerial model,leading social spend,and smoothing macroeconomic fluctuation.The final part is the simple conclusion. |
