| 摘 要： | 汇改以来,人民币汇率波动幅度逐步加大,由此带来经济主体对人民币衍生产品的迫切需求。当前,国内人民币衍生产品市场发展较缓,不能很好满足银行、企业和个人的需求。本文阐述了发展境内人民币NDF市场的必要性和可行性,对韩国市场开放NDF的经验进行了介绍,对开放境内人民币NDF市场的定价机制进行了分析,在此基础上对开放人民币NDF市场实现有效监管提出了针对性的政策建议和配套措施。
