发展我国国际金融中心的战略思考

金融主导全球化的趋势表明,国际金融中心的博弈历来是大国崛起与博弈的制高点。全球化战略新思维应成为我国发展国际金融中心首先必须明确的定位思路,同时,借助全球化带来的机遇,抓紧构建主动金融战略与策略,尽快完成从被动金融向主动金融的转型;最后提出构建适合我国国情的金融中心网络体系。

Finance-leading globalization indicates that gambling of international financial centers has always been the most crucial point for big countries in their rise and competition. To develop international financial centers in China, we should at first set global strategic thinking pattern. Meanwhile, we should make good advantage of the opportunity brought by globalization, hasten to build proactive financial strategy, and finish the transformation from reactive finance to proactive finance. Last but not the least, we need to establish financial center network system that fits our own circumstances.
