| Abstract: | The article elaborates on the reform measures concerning credit rating industry proposed in American Financial Regulatory Reform Act,compares the main discrepancy in credit rating industry of China and the US.It also analyzes the difficulties confronting China's credit rating industry and proposes reform measures to promote the standardized development of China's credit rating industry. |
