城镇低收入人群社会保障供给测算模型及应用

以我国现行社会保障制度为依据,本文建立了城镇低收入人群社会保障供给的分析框架;基于城镇低收入人群社会保障供给系统的内在关系,运用微元分析法构建城镇低收入人群社会保障供给测算模型;并运用陕西省经验数据进行实证研究,结果表明陕西省城镇低收入人群社会保障供给以年均19.51%的增长速度从1997年的5.96亿元增长至2020年的429.63亿元,证明了模型的有效性。
