| 摘 要： | 劳动保障档案是重要的历史信息资料。如何提高劳动保障档案的利用效果，笔者提出了构建劳动保障档案利用中心，实行归口管理、统一库房、集中存放、综合利用的管理机制，为劳动保障档案管理和利用开辟了一条新的解决途径。
