城乡统筹视角下我国新农合制度发展与制度整合分析

新型农村合作医疗制度运行6年多来，在农村经济发展过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文就新农合制度运行过程中的现状进行分析，结合既往实地调查资料，探究制度本身存在的问题及几点建议，同时在统筹城乡视角下，探析做好新农合制度与其他几种社会医疗保险制度接续的必要性，指出做好新农合制度与其他几种社会医疗保险制度的整合，是进一步完善新农合制度的迫切需要，首先应该考虑的是新农合与城镇居民基本医疗保险的整合之路。

Analysis on the Development and System Integration about China's New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance under the Perspective of Coordinating Urban - Rural

The new rural cooperative medical insurance has carried out for more than six years, it plays an increasingly important role during this period. According to the previous survey data, this article analyzes the existence of the system itself, also a few questions and recommendations. At the same time, based on the perspective of integration about the urban and the rural, it proposes that it is necessary to integrate the new rural cooperative medical insurance and several other social medical insurance system, which wiil be beneficial to China＇s rural cooperative medical insurance.
