宋代自治性福利制度发展的观念因素及现代意蕴

宋代民间社会存在宗族型、地域型和政府推广型等多种类型的自治性福利制度。它们在宋代社会保障体系中发挥着非常重要的作用。观念因素在很大程度上影响了宋代自治性福利制度的发展,包括宋代儒家"仁、礼"思想、"敬宗收族"思想、佛教思想以及黄老、道教思想等。在发展我国当前自治性福利制度时应重视自治性理念、福利观念的重要作用;注重宗法思想中所蕴含的"仁孝"理念,充分发挥家庭保障的重要作用;同时也应注重在全人类的文明传统中汲取自治性福利观念的精华。

Concept Factors and Modern Implications on the Development of Autonomous Welfare System in Song Dynasty

In the Song Dynasty civil society,there are many types of autonomy welfare system such as kinship-based institutions,region-based institutions,civil organizing institutions encouraged by government,which plays a very important role in the social security system in the Song Dynasty. Concept factors largely influenced the development of autonomous welfare system in Song Dynasty,which includes Confucian“benevolence and courtesy”, the thought of worship ancestors and taking care of the tribe,Buddhism,Huang Lao and Taoism and so on. The development of our current autonomous welfare system should pay more attention to the important role of autonomous thought and welfare ideas;focus on the Rensiao ideas from the Patriarchal ideology;give full play to the important role of family security;and meanwhile should also absorb the essence of autonomous welfare concepts in the tradition of mankindˊs civilization.
