摘    要:国外金融创新产品开发一般包括初步调查、细节研究、开发、测试与确认、全面上市等5个阶段。本文分析了国外商业银行金融产品创新的成功要素和实践中的障碍,井在调查我国部分商业银行加快产品创新的基础上,提出我国商业银行加速产品开发的影响因素模型,认为项目特质、高层支持、创新策略、新的工作方式和新的组织形式等5个方面影响了新产品的开发速度,而现实中人才、信息化程度、传统的经营体制、创新机制、总体规划等方面阻碍了商业银行加速产品创新的进程;最后,作者结合我国国情提出了商业银行加快产品开发的阶段性建议。

Factors Preventing Our Commercial Banks from Accelerating Product Developmen and Relevant Suggestions

Abstract:In foreign countries, developing innovated financial products usually includes five stages involving preliminary investigation, detail research, testing, confirmation and market appearance. In this paper, the ingredient of success and practical barriers of foreign commercial banks are founcl out and speedy development of new pn~ducts by domestic commercial banks is examined. On this basis, a model containing factors preventing our commercial banks from accelerating product innovation is established. It is believed that the ten.tpo of new product development is affected by five elements such as project nature, senior executive support, innovation strategy, new working method and organizational structure. In reality, commercial banks are held back by talent shortage, degree of informationalization, traditional operation system, innovation mechanism and overall plan in their innovative endeavor. Finally, China-specific suggestions are provided for commercial banks to speed up product innovation.
