The Conflicts and Coordination of Interest and Tourism Enterprises and Community Residents

With the deepening of the tourism development, how to settle the conflicts of interest between tourism enterprises and community residents has become a key issue that baffles tourism development. Starting with the single game model, then analyzing by the repeated game model, the way to balance interests has been discovered in the paper. Some measures are proposed to encourage resident participate and achieve the proper interest distribution.
