财政支出对全要素生产率的空间溢出效应研究——基于中国省际数据的静态与动态空间计量分析

采用静态与动态空间计量模型,从空间和时间的双维度上对我国30个省市1998～2010年的面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明:财政支出与我国全要素生产率、技术效率和技术进步存在着显著的正相关性;财政支出对相邻地区的全要素生产率及其分解项具有空间溢出效应;财政支出的空间溢出效应在空间维度上呈现出"西高东低"的趋势,即西部地区财政支出对相邻地区全要素生产率具有较高的正向溢出影响,而东部地区的空间负外部性更明显;从时间维度上来看,财政支出的空间溢出效应总体上呈现出先增后减的倒U变化趋势。

Research on Spatial Spillover Influence of Fiscal Expenditure upon TFP: A Static and Dynamic Spatial Econometric Analysis of China's Provincial Data

The spatial spillover influence of fiscal expenditure upon total factor productivity has been discussed in the paper. Using provincial panel data from 1998 to 2010, the empirical research has been done by the static and dynamic spatial econometric model. The results show that fiscal expenditure has a positive effect on TFP efficiency, technical efficiency and technological growth, and fiscal expenditure also has spatial spillover effects on the TFP of the adjacent areas. Moreover, the positive spatial spillover happens in the west, while negative effects in the east. Time dimension data tell us that spatial spillover effect of fiscal expenditure upon TFP shows an inverted U trend.
