| 摘 要： | 湖南作为我国的中部省份,在国际产业转移中承接的大多是一般制造业和房地产业,没有形成自己的产业优势.为此,湖南要主动加强产业对接,解决产业同构问题;加大政策扶持力度,发展产业集群;发挥区域优势,创造条件实现多种模式的产业对接;实施"反梯度"转移战略,占领国内外市场;加强区域合作,充分利用区域内的优惠条件;走新型工业化道路,坚持可持续发展.
