| 摘 要： | 服务业是国民经济的重要组成部分,近年来国内学者主要围绕服务业的地位与作用,服务业的生产率、结构、影响因素和对外开放等问题展开争论.学术界肯定了服务业时产业结构升级的贡献,利用中国数据验证了服务业生产率滞后的观点,明确了服务业对外开放的经济效应,但由于服务业的异质性,服务业对经济增长和就业的作用尚未形成一致意见.
