Research of the Enterprise Technology Innovation Capacity under the New Model of Open Innovation.

The open innovation model shows the necessity of letting ideas both flow out of and flow into the corporation. Both absorptive capacity, and transformative capacity are propitious to integrate internal and external knowledge to form more complex combinations of knowledge to create new sys- tems and architectures. Technology diffusion capacity is advantageous to generate additional revenues and profits from selling research outputs to other forms for use in their own systems. Therefore, it needs company to build up their absorptive capacity, transformative capacity, transformative capacity and technology diffusion capacity for the open innovation that can be fulfilled successfully within the company.
