服务型领导行为对员工建言的影响机制与边界研究

摘    要:基于社会角色理论,依据问卷调研数据,考量服务型领导行为对于员工建言影响机制与边界条件。结果显示:服务型领导行为通过改善领导-员工关系,有助于促进员工产生建言行为,女性领导影响更强。因此,管理者应采取服务型领导行为,促进企业在复杂的竞争中依靠全员智慧得到更好的发展。

Abstract:Based on social role theory, this research discussed the influences of servant leadership behavior on employee voice behavior and its boundary condition. With the data collected from 315 subordinates and their 73 immediate supervisors nested in several companies, we found the results that servant leadership behavior was positively related to employee voice behavior through supervisor-subordinate relation and the positive relationship was stronger when the servant-leader was a female. This research has theoretical and empirical contributions to the servant leadership behavior and social role theory. The limitations and future research directions were also discussed.
