OFDI影响产业结构升级的实证研究

基于1990-2015年我国对外直接投资数据，考量OFDI影响产业结构升级效应。结果显示：OFDI对第一产业影响显著为负，对第二、三产业的影响显著为正，表明OFDI能促进我国的产业结构升级；同时，OFDI对劳动密集型制造业影响显著为负，对资本与技术密集型制造业影响显著为正，表明OFDI能促进制造业结构优化与转型升级。鉴此，要顺应OFDI新变化，发挥政府政策引导作用，通过政策引导企业更加合理、有效地进行对外投资，促进我国产业结构优化与转型升级。

An Empirical Research of the OFDI Affects Chinese Industrial Structure Upgrading

In this paper, based on the date of the OFDI in China during 1990 to 2015, we empirically tested the effect of the OFDI on industrial structure. The results show: the OFDI has obviously negative impact on the primary industry, and has obviously positive impact on the second and tertiary industries. It indicates that the OFDI can promote the upgrading of industrial structure in China. At the same time, the OFDI has obviously negative impact on labor-intensive manufacturing, and has obviously positive impact on capital-intensive manufacturing and technology-intensive manufacturing. It indicates that the OFDI can promote the optimization and transformation of the internal structure of manufacturing industry. Therefore, to comply with the new changes of the OFDI, the government needs to play a guiding role, through a series of policies to guide enterprises to invest more rationally and effectively, so as to promote the optimization, transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in China.
