| 摘 要： | 当前,我国征信体系存在的主要问题有:相关的法律法规不健全,信用信息的收集不规范,征信服务行业的市场化程度不高.加强我国征信体系建设,必须加快征信体系的立法建设,规范信用服务机构的信用信息征集工作,大力培育征信服务的市场主体,积极推进两类征信机构的融合.
