产业结构对就业的影响机制分析

通过对近10年产业结构和就业结构的相关数据进行分析,发现第一产业的偏离系数是负数,而且绝对值越来越大,而第二产业和第三产业的结构偏离度呈现逐步下降的趋势,并且第三产业的结构偏离曲线在第二产业之下,这说明我国第三产业发展滞后,特别是新兴的第三产业发展严重不足,制约了就业的扩大。

The Influence of Industrial Structure on Employment

Through the analysis on the last decade data of the industrial structure and employment, we found that the deviation coefficient of the employment structure from the first industry is negative, and the absolute value is growing, while the deviation coefficient of the employment from the secondary and tertiary industry is declining, and the deviation coefficient curve of the tertiary industry is under that of second industry curve, which indicates the slow development of our country''s tertiary industry, especially the emerging sectors of the tertiary industry are less developed seriously, which restricts the expansion of employment.
