| Abstract: | Some problem in telecommunication industry can be solved by reorganization. I ne information entropy and gray relevance degree method are proper evaluation method to telecommunication industry according to its industry characteristics. To construct an effective competition pattern, the modeling of information entropy and gray relevance method was established. And an example was illustrated to introduce its application. |
