| 摘 要： | 受益人是保险理论与实践中一个十分重要的法律术语,我国《保险法》对受益人作了初步规定。但是,相对于借款人意外伤害保险业务的迅猛发展,与受益人相关的理论准备、还是立法司法都显得不足,致使保险理论与保险实践产生一些不协调的问题。本文从借款人意外伤害保险的实践工作出发,尝试对其中存在的问题作些探讨,对现行保险法律制度的完善提出若干意见和建议。
