摘    要:由于再生资源对初始资源的有限替代作用,使得再生资源具有"天然"的价格上限,再生资源企业是在有限的需求空间内进行竞争.同时,用再生资源替代初始资源会带来信息收集、设备技术更换等替代成本,进一步压缩了再生资源企业所面对的需求空间.而资源产品的同质性,以及再生资源产品之间的转换成本,不仅使价格成为影响消费者选择的决定性因素,而且促使大企业在小企业的降价策略下,被淘汰出市场.因此,开拓新的再生资源消费领域,并采取服务差异化战略能够帮助大企业免于在成本竞争中被淘汰.
