绿色供应链管理对制造企业绩效的影响

摘    要:运用结构方程模型,依据广州、深圳两地共236家制造企业数据,考量环境协同、环境监督与企业绩效之间的关系。结果表明:绿色供应链管理将社会、环境责任信息公开和公众参与融入链式管理体系中,能协同上、下游企业环境管理活动,监督环境违规行为,实现环境绩效与财务绩效的双赢。

Abstract:Faced with the challenges of opportunities led by advanced manufacturing technolo-gy and the challenges formed by uniform global marketing,the green supply chain management is an important proposition to resolve problems between the development of manufacturing industry and its commitment to society and environment,which could promote the degree of environment friendliness and eventually improve the corporate performance.This paper takes 136 manufactur-ing enterprises of Guangzhou and Shenzhen as the research samples,structural equation model is used to explore the relationship among environmental collaboration,environmental monitoring and corporate performance.The results show that the green supply chain management can con-tain the social environmental responsibility information publicly and the general public engage-ment,provide new power to achieve the win-win situation between environmental performance and financial performance through the collaborated environmental management activities and the environmental violations monitoring and other aspects performed by upstream and downstream enterprises.
