WTO/TBT框架下纺织品与服装护理标签壁垒应对的法律对策

通过立法规范纺织品与服装护理标签，是发达国家保护国际贸易的重要手段之一，也是 WTO/TBT 协议的基本要求。其重要性自不待言。但反观我国，在这一方面问题颇多。通过对 WTO/TBT 协议有关内容的简要解读，以及中外纺织品与服装护理标签制定的比较，就如何应对国外纺织品与服装护理标签壁垒提出自己的思考和建议。

On Legal Countermeasures of Textiles and Clothing Care Label Barriers in the Framework of WTO/TBTT

Through the legislation of textiles and clothing care label,it was the basic require-ment of the WTO/TBT agreement,and one of the important methods of protecting international trade by the developed countries.But in China,it had a lot of problems related textiles and cloth-ing care label.This article will analyze the content of the WTO/TBT agreement and compare for-eign countries with China about legislating textiles and clothing care label.Finally,it will make some suggestions of dealing with the barriers of textiles and clothing care label.
