创新能力、吸收能力与区域经济增长关系研究

利用1997~2011年中国省级面板数据,检验创新能力、吸收能力与区域经济增长的内在依存和因果关系。结果表明:东部、中部和西部地区创新能力、吸收能力与区域经济增长之间均存在长期协整关系;创新能力与吸收能力对区域经济增长的影响逐步加强;不同地区的创新能力与吸收能力对区域经济增长的影响不同。因此,应该提高创新资源的利用效率,因地制宜地制定促进区域经济增长的相关政策。

Innovation Ability, Absorptive Capacity and Regional Economic Growth Based on Absorptive Capacity

By constructing the panel vector auto regressive model, using provincial panel data from 1997 to 2011, this paper analyzes the intrinsic dependence and causality relationship between innovative ability, absorptive capacity and regional economic growth. The results show that there is long-run co-integration between innovative ability, absorptive capacity and regional economic growth; regardless of short term or long term, innovative ability and absorptive ability are important factors to promote the growth of regional economy, and this effect is gradually strengthened with the passage of time; the impact of innovative ability and absorptive capacity on the regional economic growth was different in different areas. Therefore, to realize the harmonious development of innovative ability, absorptive ability and regional economic growth, China should improve innovation resource use efficiency and formulate related policies according to the different causal relationships between innovative ability, absorptive ability and regional economic growth in the eastern, central and western regions.
