| 摘 要： | 通过构建信用环境的评价体系,运用主成分分析法研究了全国31个省、市、自治区在2006～2010年信用环境的发展状况,对各地区的差异性进行了实证分析;同时运用多元回归方法,对评价体系进行实证检验。结果表明:东部地区的信用环境从整体上来说要优于中西部地区,但在具体的子环境中东部地区不存在绝对的优势;教育是信用环境中对信用制度最直接有效的影响因素。

| Abstract: | The evaluation system of credit environment has been established. And the regional diversity has been studied by the principal component analysis using the provincial statistic from 2006 to 2010. Then the evaluation system has been tested by regression analysis. The results show that the eastern part of China has better operating environment of credit system, compared with the central and western regions, and the education is the most effective and significant factor in the operating environment of credit system. |
