新一代信息技术产业的空间集聚研究

基于对中国31个省市新一代信息技术产业区位熵和Moran''s I指数的测算,考量新一代信息技术产业的空间集聚状况。结果显示：中国的新一代信息技术产业总体上呈现较高水平的空间集聚,特别是在中国东部地区表现显著,且其产业集聚的空间差异会受到经济发展水平、空间相关性、信息技术应用等因素的影响。鉴此,建议开拓网络经济新空间,推动“互联网+”、发展信息技术新优势及深化信息体制改革等,以促进其产业集聚发展。

Research on Spatial Agglomeration of New Generation Information Technology Industry

Based on the calculation of the location entropy and Moran''s I index of the new-generation information technology industry in 31 provinces and cities in China, the spatial agglomeration of the new-generation information technology industry is considered. The results show that the new-generation information technology industry in China presents a relatively high level of spatial agglomeration on the whole, especially in the eastern part of China, and the spatial difference of industrial agglomeration is affected by the level of economic development, spatial correlation, information technology application and other factors. In view of this, we suggested to open up new space of network economy, promote "Internet plus" and develop new advantages of information technology, deepen reform of information system, etc., to promote its industrial agglomeration and development.
