| Abstract: | This paper,after a demonstrative inspection of the two counties(Chun'an and Lin'an),makes an analysis of the institutional changes of county tourism economy after China implemented the policy of reform and opening to the outside world.It elaborates the elements that influence institutional changes and innovation of tourism economy of counties and points out the sense of urgency and necessity of the institutional changes and innovation of tourism economy of counties. |
