旅游院校人才培养模式的调查研究

当前我国旅游院校人才培养的突出问题是教育与行业需求不适应,校企人才供需错位,因此,建立适应旅游业快速发展的人才培养模式势在必行。本研究将以问卷和访谈相结合的调查方式,从领导专家、用人单位、校友和毕业生4类人群中抽样验证的现实出发,提出旅游院校人才培养的改革思路,为构建旅游院校人才培养模式提供科学的依据。
