| 摘 要： | 随着"以人为本"理念的深入,团队管理在日常管理工作中日益凸显其重要性.文章以波士顿矩阵为出发点,构建了团队波士顿矩阵,从一个全新的角度探讨团队管理问题.在分析团队波士顿矩阵构建可行性基础上,解决了矩阵指标系如何构建、矩阵如何分析及相应对策等问题.最后,文章从培训开发与组织变革两方面探讨了团队波士顿矩阵的应用问题.
