| 摘 要： | 2019年我国出台《数字乡村发展战略纲要》，以进一步解放和发展数字化生产力，加速推进农业农村现代化。本文以四川省115个县域为研究对象，基于TOE理论框架，从技术、组织、环境三个维度分析数字治理平台、信息化水平、组织财政能力、组织注意力、经济发展水平和公众需求对四川省数字乡村建设水平的影响。结果表明，除数字治理平台外，信息化水平、组织财政能力、组织注意力、经济发展水平和公众需求均对数字乡村建设水平有正向支持作用。基于研究结果，本文提出相应的促进四川省数字乡村建设水平提升的对策建议。

| Abstract: | China has issued the Outline of the Strategy for Digital village Development in 2019, in order to further liberate and develop digital productive forces, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Based on TOE theoretical framework, this paper analyzes the influence of digital governance platform, informatization level, organizational financial capacity, organizational attention, economic development level and public demand on digital village construction level in Sichuan Province from three dimensions of technology, organization and environment. The results show that, in addition to the digital governance platform, the level of informatization, organizational financial capacity, organizational attention, economic development level and public demand all have a positive supporting effect on the digital village level. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the level of digital village construction in Sichuan Province. |
