房地产绿色产品的开发策略研究

摘    要:房地产开发市场竞争激烈,开发商通过各种方式手段去提高自身的竞争力,其中产品的竞争是一个主要的方面。针对开发策略问题,有必要从绿色产品的角度出发进行考虑,既增强了产品的市场竞争力,又满足了企业和社会长期发展的需求。文章主要分析了房地产绿色产品的层次,并对不同层次提出了相应的开发策略。
