| 摘 要： | 发展新型数字基础设施、提升数字化能力对于区域经济高质量发展至关重要。本文选取2014—2017年省级样本数据，构建指标体系测度新型数字基础设施与数字化能力，研究新型数字基础设施、数字化能力对经济高质量发展的影响机理。研究结果显示：(1)新型数字基础设施对于经济高质量发展有着显著的促进作用，这一结论在处理内生性之后依然成立；(2)数字化能力在新型数字基础设施促进经济高质量发展中具有中介作用，即新型数字基础设施有助于提升数字化能力进而促进经济高质量发展，因此数字化能力是促进经济高质量发展的关键因素；(3)数字化人才数量越多，新型数字基础设施对经济高质量发展的促进作用越强。

| Abstract: | Developing new digital infrastructure and enhancing digital capacity are critical to the high-quality development of regional economies. This paper selected the provincial sample data from 2014 to 2017, constructed the index system to measure new digital infrastructure and digital capacity, and explored the influence mechanism of new digital infrastructure and digital capacity on high-quality economic development. The results are shown as follows. Firstly, new digital infrastructure plays a significant role in promoting high-quality economic development, which is still valid after dealing with endogeneity. Secondly, digital capacity plays an intermediary role in new digital infrastructure promoting high-quality economic development, which indicates that new digital infrastructure is conductive to enhance digital capacity and thus promotes high-quality economic development, so new digital capacity is also a key factor in promoting high-quality economic development. Thirdly, the greater the number of digital talents in the region, the stronger the role of new digital infrastructure in promoting high-quality economic development. |
