随着市场竞争的进一步加剧和发展 ,企业与企业之间的竞争逐渐被供应链与供应链之间的竞争所代替。面对新的竞争环境 ,企业只有迅速识别并采用相应的竞争策略和手段 ,才能不被市场所淘汰。本文主要论述在供应链竞争环境下企业的主要竞争策略和手段的运用。

With the further development and more intense competitions in the mark ets, the competition among the supply chains increasingly replaces that among the enterprises. Encountered with this situation, the enterprise must be capable of identifying and taking corresponding measures and strategies to cope with such a shift. Otherwise, it will be left behind. The paper mainly discusses the comp-etitive strategies and measures taken by the enterprise under the circumstances of competition with the supply chains. |
