摘    要:人本管理是现代企业人力资源管理的精髓,现代人力资源管理是企业战略管理的重要组成部分。高校后勤企业存在着对人力资源管理认识不足、重视不够、力度不大等问题。以人为本,创新管理,构建现代人力资源管理体系,有利于高校后勤企业的持续发展。

Abstract:The human-oriented management is the soul of modern enterprise's human resources management, modern human resources management is the important component of enterprise's strategic management. Logistic enterprises of university have problems on human resources management,such as understanding it insufficiently, paying attention to it inadequately and the force of it not enough,etc.. Constructing modern human resources management system by taking human as the fundamental and innovating in management is favorable to the sustainable development of logistic enterprises of university.
