| 摘 要： | 文章对产业集群的可持续发展问题进行了探讨，认为要实现此目标，必须以创新为基础，依靠集群的协同优势，推动群内企业的合作创新，提升集群的竞争力。我国目前产业集群基本属于低成本集群，应该采取诸如减少行政干涉、促进区域文化发展等措施促进集群内企业的合作创新。
