摘    要:高绩效团队有利于提升组织核心竞争力与竞争优势,世界500强企业几乎都运用了团队这一手段来创造组织绩效,文章在提出高绩效团队的价值后,先就与团队紧密相关的几个问题进行探析,然后以联邦快递公司(FedEx)为例,从六个方面深度剖析了企业如何打造高绩效团队,以期给欲打造高绩效

Abstract:The team with prominent performance redounds to enhancing the nuclear competitive capacity and predominance of the organization. The top 500 of the world almost apply the team as a means to create organizational performance. After indicating the value of the team with prominent performance, this paper discusses several close and correlative problems on team, then take FedEx as an example to analyze deeply how the enterprise makes the high-performance team from 6 aspects, in order to offer the reference for the organization which wants to make the high-performance team.
