Abstract:Recently,Chinese family business is facing the great challenge of succeeding generations.According to the real condition and the future development strategy of Chinese family business and Chinese traditional culture,cultivating the competent successor is the key of the challenge.At the same time,drawing the successor's cultivating plan is its chief task which promotes its sustainable development.Therefore,the four difficulties of the succeeding generations in Chinese family business are analyzed and the successors' cultivating plan of Chinese family business is provided in this paper.
