| 摘 要： | 知识共享有利于企业获取知识资源,增强竞争优势,是企业管理活动的重要内容之一。文章在理论分析的基础上,引入组织创新作为中介变量,研究知识共享与企业绩效之间的关系。通过问卷调查获取数据,统计结果发现:知识共享和组织创新都与企业绩效显著正相关,组织创新在知识共享对企业绩效的影响中起重要的中介作用。
