| 摘 要： | 客观分析新组建的徽商银行所面临的环境,制定相应的发展战略,应对银行业激烈的竞争,是一个值得研究的金融管理课题.文章运用SWOT分析法,对影响徽商银行发展的主要因素进行了客观分析,提出了徽商银行发展战略,并制定了相应的战术实施方案. |
